When I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2004, I didn’t know where to turn. Below I have listed some resources that I found helpful during that period of my life.
When I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, I read the book Bipolar Disorder: A Guide for Patients and Families (A Johns Hopkins Press Health Book) by Dr. Francis Mark Mondimore, which I highly recommend. I then suggested it to my family members, who also found it helpful.
